Is the free listing really free?
Yes — a basic listing is always free, with no time limit. You can claim it, get the verified badge, and receive reviews at no cost.
How does the Founding Member “1 month free” offer work?
If you claim a paid plan before September 14, 2026, you make one Founding Member payment equal to a single month — and it covers your first 2 full months. That’s 1 month free. From month 3 onward your plan simply renews at the normal monthly rate, and you can cancel anytime. Example: Start is BZD $20 — pay $20 once, you’re covered for 2 months, then $20/month from month 3.
What’s the “45 years of Belize” 4.5% offer?
To mark Belize’s 45th anniversary of Independence, every business joining any paid plan by September 21, 2026 gets 4.5% off automatically at checkout — no code needed. It’s our way of celebrating with the businesses that make this country what it is. This stacks with the Founding Member “1 month free” rate if you join before September 14 — you’ll see the discount applied on the Belize Bank payment page.
What’s the difference between the tiers?
Every plan — including Free — gets a self-service dashboard to manage your own listing. Free comes with a basic dashboard for your contact details and one photo. Start (Micro) adds photos, links, a WhatsApp button and the ability to post promotions. Grow (Standard) adds an enhanced dashboard (gallery, review replies), boosted ranking, insights, and a “Request a quote” lead inbox with up to 10 enquiries a month. Lead (Premium) removes the cap — unlimited enquiries — plus the full dashboard (analytics, promo scheduling), top placement and sitewide featuring.
Can I manage my own listing?
Yes — every plan, including Free, gets a back-end dashboard to edit your basic info anytime. From the Start plan up, you can also post promotions and update your photos yourself. Higher plans unlock more dashboard tools (review replies, insights, the lead inbox, analytics and promo scheduling).
Monthly or yearly?
Same features either way. Paying yearly saves you roughly two months (about 17%) versus paying month-to-month.
How do I pay in Belize?
Checkout is online in BZD through Belize Bank’s secure payment gateway — your card details are handled by the bank, never by us. Prefer a bank transfer or invoice? Contact us and we’ll set you up.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Anytime. There’s no long-term contract; cancelling stops future billing and your listing reverts to Free.
